Questions to ask
- Is the building listed?
- Is it in a conservation area?
- Does an Article 4 direction apply?
- Is it inside the Yorkshire Dales National Park?
- Is it a flat or maisonette?
- Are you changing material, style, glazing bars or opening size?
- Are there conditions on a previous planning permission (e.g. a barn conversion)?
